The person that registers the school will now be considered the primary "Leader" of the app. This means you will have the ability to see community-level reports and to make any potential adjustments to user points as needed. In addition, you get to tailor the app towards your brand and kick-off the invitations to your school community.
This is a great opportunity for the school to showcase its innovation. The app is meant to be YOUR app center for the school community. We make it simple to upload your logo, a header image, and to select a few colors from your color scheme. Once you save, you will instantly see the change.
The overall app look-and-feel and the app-generated emails will represent your brand identity. This will assuredly impress the parents and provide a sense of pride to the school community.
Time to get the invitations out to folks! Click the "invite user" button and simply provide three main pieces of information for each user:
1. Name and Email
2. Role (Creator or User)
3. Eligibility Criteria Indicator
For role, the "creator" is one that can create events. You may want everyone to have the ability or just a select few (such as teachers, room parents, and your Parent Group). For "eligibility," this refers to those in your community that have either satisfied or not satisfied your policy for being eligible to volunteer at the school with children. At the "Community" tab, you will be able to see which members have accepted the invitation.
