#4 - Invite Community
Time to get the invitations out to folks! Click the "invite user" button and simply provide three main pieces of information for each user:
1. Name and Email
2. Role (Creator or User)
3. Eligibility Criteria Indicator
For role, the "creator" is one that can create events. You may want everyone to have the ability or just a select few (such as teachers, room parents, and your Parent Group). For "eligibility," this refers to those in your community that have either satisfied or not satisfied your policy for being eligible to volunteer at the school with children. At the "Community" tab, you will be able to see which members have accepted the invitation.
